Always great service from Wool Warehouse. Items are dispatched promptly and are well packaged.

Always outstanding- unmatched range, great pricing, quick to ship and arrive, well packed. Placed over 20 orders whilst living in the UK and now had a delivery to Australia, have not once had even the slightest issue. Wool Warehouse is the only place I buy my yarn from and wouldn't consider anywhere else.

I have recently discovered this company for buying fabric and have placed three orders with them so far. Their range and availability is great, their delivery time is super fast and the free postage (over £30) is great! I could not be happier and will definitely be using them again in the future, I have used several companies recently to try them out and Wool Warehouse knocks spots off some of the others!

Reasonable prices and speedy delivery. Love the little touch of the organza bag. Free delivery over a certain amount. I’ve found my go to for yarn and accessories.

They sit on your order for 2 days, even when you place it at the start of the week.

First of all their website is easy to navigate. All the information and details are up to date. The prices are really good. I ordered lots of beautiful yarn over the years. For the first time my package has been delayed. I contacted them and got an answer right away. Awesome customer service. I am one happy customer 🌷

Honestly, best customer service I have experienced in a while. I made a mistake and Vicky was so polite. I ordered and received within 3 days. Good quality and the organza bag is so cute to store my yarn. Very happy with my purchases.

Ordered a few things. Royal Mail 1st class. Apparently dispatched on the Wednesday and still not arrived the following Monday. Had to go out and buy elsewhere so I’m now out of pocket and they won’t look into it for 10 more days. Also told me to contact my sorting office to check it’s not there. Surely that’s not my responsibility as a paying customer? Completely unprofessional, thankfully the first and last time I order from Wool Warwhouse.

We've ordered many times from Wool Warehouse, and have always been really pleased with what we've received.
Recently, one ball of wool arrived which was, in our opinion, significantly different to the colour shown on the website.
I took a photo of the wool laying on my laptop, with the online photo in the background, and sent Wool warehouse an email.
We received a prompt response, apologising, and acknowledging that the online photo would need updating.
They're sending the replacement that we requested, and to minimise inconvenience to us, told us to keep the incorrect ball of wool.
Brilliant Customer Service, on top of wonderful products, fast delivery, plus prompt and pragmatic communication & solutions.
